White glove delivery and assembly is available with in a 200 mile radius of Wilmington NC for an additional charge. Please contact customer service for more information.

Back-Orders 

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email. 

Exchange Policy

Exchange for store credit or another item within 10 days. No Returns for cash. Please note that all furniture, custom order and sale items are final sale. A 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise returned in an opened or missing box.
